Finding What It Means to Thrive
I’m Andrea Holm, co-founder of Wellestar Life. Health and wellness have always been central to who I am. Growing up in Minnesota, surrounded by forests and lakes, I developed a deep love for the outdoors. This passion inspired me to pursue a B.S. in Health and Leisure Studies. After graduation, I guided groups through diverse environments ranging from Costa Rican jungles to Arctic waters, helping them connect with themselves and the world.
Later, in Spain, while pursuing higher education, I coached clients in language, confidence, and navigating life abroad. Throughout all those years of working with such a diversity of people and cultures, I often asked myself: What does it mean to truly thrive?
No single community had all the answers. Some prioritized connection or health but at a cost to balance, while others, despite challenges like stress or isolation, showed resilience. Each offered valuable clues to building a healthy, fulfilling life.
These insights became the foundation of Wellestar Life—a coaching program designed to equip you with the clarity and strength to thrive in a complex world.

Andrea's career as a life and wellness coach began with a transformative 3,000-mile bicycle journey across the United States at age 19, which ignited her passion for personal growth and resilience. With a degree in Sports, Health, Leisure and Physical Education and a Master's in Education from the University of Navarra, Spain, Andrea brings rich and diverse experience to her coaching. Her extensive background spans education, outdoor learning, and behavioral change, as well as coaching in English and communication, where she has guided clients to overcome challenges related to confidence and self-expression. Through a holistic approach, Andrea helps individuals achieve their best physical and mental well-being, empowering them to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.

Amparo Alcaraz
Amparo Alcaraz is a distinguished actress and yoga instructor with unique expertise in body language and posture. She studied acting at the University of Argentina and trained with esteemed teachers in Japan, Greece, and Spain. With two advanced yoga certifications, Amparo brings an integrated approach to her work.
Her diverse career spans theater, TV series, and films for platforms like Amazon Prime and HBO, giving her profound insights into how non-verbal communication—encompassing appearance, speech, and voice tone—shapes both how we are perceived by others and more importantly, how we view ourselves. As a body language and posture coach, Amparo helps clients enhance their physical presence and build confidence, fostering a more positive self-image and perception by others.

Jesús Sierra, with a degree in Economics from the University of Boston, Massachusetts, is an experienced high-performance coach and co-founder of the popular platform Vida Potencial, which has 1.3 million followers on YouTube. Known for his captivating interviews with influential figures like Wim Hof, Dr. Chris Palmer, and Ernesto Prieto Gratacós, Jesús combines his extensive knowledge in economics and performance coaching to help clients optimize their lives. His approach focuses on mental clarity, productivity, and achieving maximum performance in all areas of life.

Nere Sotil Buldain brings extensive experience in nutrition and holistic health, supported by a solid academic background and ongoing education. Holding a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Navarra and having completed a practicum at the Center for Nutrition and Physiology, Nere crafts personalized nutrition plans with a rigorous and scientific approach. Her education includes studies in Naturopathy and Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as a Master’s in Women's Hormonal Health from ICNS. Additionally, she holds specializations in Sports Nutrition and Endocrinology, enabling her to offer comprehensive solutions for optimizing health. From managing sun exposure to effective toxin elimination, Nere focuses on creating sustainable strategies that enhance overall well-being and physical performance.
